10 Signs of Qiyaayamah: 9/11 Poya Day English Lecture on World’s End

Assalamu Alaikum,

On this coming full moon Poya day on 2011 September 11, Arkam Nooramith Moulavi will inshallah be doing the Poy Day Bayan at Nimal Road Mosque, Bambalapitiya, Colombo -4.  The bayan will be about the Signs of Qiyaamah, in other words about the signs before the end of the world.

The topic Arkam Moulavi has selected for this Bayan is very fitting considering the significances of the day. That’s because this forecoming Poya day falls on the 10th anniversary of the 2001 Septeber 11th terrorist attack on NYC Word Trade Center and other places, according to the Christian Calendar.

The Bayan or lecture will be delivered in English language and unfortunately will be only for males. However it will also be broadcast (stream) live on the Internet through www.slmuslims.com website. So ladies and those residing oversea or gent who can’t attend it in person will be able to listen to it live through the slmuslims.com website. It will also be available later on for download in the said website. The organisers of the wonderful event have done well with designing a stunning poster for the bayan and have posted it on the noticeboards of most of the mosques in Colombo and suburbs.
